Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear as much as we love our parks, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Every return helps us continue our mission of protecting and preserving our public lands for future generations.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
